How the oil is checked, stored, and returned
CrezzaHerb Herbal Hair Oil is a 14-day slow infusion sold as a cosmetic at ₹550 for 100ml. This page is the public record of what is excluded, how to read a bottle, and how returns work. Claims we cannot document are left off on purpose.

The base is cold-pressed coconut oil. The named herbs are bhringraj, amla, brahmi, and hibiscus. Full notes are on the ingredients page. A buying checklist for any brand is on paraben and sulphate-free hair oil.
Batch, shelf life, and storage
Every bottle should show a batch code and an expiry date. Use those, not a marketing line, to judge freshness. Keep the oil capped, upright, and out of direct sunlight. A cool cupboard is better than a window or a steamy bathroom. If the smell turns sharply rancid, or the oil separates in a way the label does not describe, write to support@crezzaherb.com with the batch code and a photo.
A written batch-testing statement (what is measured, and how often) will be added here when the lab sheet is public. Until then we do not claim a certificate we are not showing.

Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@crezzaherb.com with your order ID. The product should be unused or at least 80% full. Damaged or defective bottles are replaced. The full policy is on the Terms & Conditions page.

How do I read the bottle?
Check the batch number and the expiry date printed on the bottle. Store it in a cool, dry cupboard, away from direct sun, with the cap closed. Do not keep it in a hot bathroom for months.
What is your return policy?

How long does shipping take?
Shipping inside India is free. Orders are usually dispatched in 1–2 business days after UPI payment is verified, and delivery is typically 5–7 business days. Verification itself is usually within 24 hours on business days.
Are license numbers and lab reports published?
Not yet. This page will list the AYUSH or manufacturing license and a lab report link only when those documents are ready. We do not print a certificate number we cannot show.
